Where it says that although recent graphics chips from both Nvidia and ATI support HDCP, no graphics cards you can buy do support it.
That's a bit of a nuisance for anyone buying what they think is a "Vista Ready" PC with the latest and greatest graphics card(s) now, only to find Vista will only allow you 25% of your expected quality when playing back high-definition HD-DVD or Blu-Ray discs.

No shipping video cards support HDCP ?
If not shipping cards support HDCP, how is Microsoft even able to develop this technology? Would'nt they have noticed that it was'nt working on their development machines?

Good point, perhaps Nvidia and ATI have given them some reference cards.
In any case I'm holding off buying a new card until it says "HDCP compliant" on the spec.

If you do a search on ATI web site, you find many references like the following...
Radeon® X1800 Series - Specifications DVI 1.0 / HDMI compliant and HDCP ready
However, when you go to some of the links, you don't find these terms on the page.
